How do I place an order?

Simply send us an inquiry via any product page or write to us at info@kronbergcollection.com. We will get back to you with a personalised quote within 24 hours. There is no obligation — we are happy to guide you through all options before any commitment is made.

Do you help me choose the right product and configuration?

Yes. Our advisors work with you personally to determine the right product — be it a Standard Safe, Grand Cabinet or Watch Winder — and guide you through every configuration decision: size, interior layout, materials, finishes and colour. We make the process straightforward, regardless of where you start.

Will I see a preview of my configuration before I commit?

Yes. Before any order is confirmed, we provide a detailed configuration summary — and visual representations where applicable — so you can review, adjust and approve your exact specification before production begins. Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product. Standard Safes are typically ready in 2–4 weeks; Grand Cabinets in 4–8 weeks. All pieces are handcrafted to order in Europe. Your exact production timeline will be confirmed in your personalised quote.

Is worldwide delivery included? What about installation?

Yes. Complimentary worldwide delivery is included with every order, carried out by a specialist freight partner. Professional on-site installation is available on request and entirely optional — our white-glove team can position, assemble and test your piece in place. Installation can be arranged during your personal consultation.

Can I visit your Zürich Atelier?

Yes. We welcome visits to our Zürich Atelier by appointment. Please book a personal advisory session in advance so we can prepare the right configurations for you. Appointments are complimentary and obligation-free.

What warranty do Kronberg products carry?

Every piece in the Kronberg Collection comes with a 10-year warranty covering all components — mechanical, electronic and structural. Should any issue arise, we handle it directly and promptly.

What payment methods are accepted?

Full payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept a range of convenient payment methods: invoice (Rechnung), credit card, and bank transfer. We are also pleased to accept cryptocurrency — a payment option we have recently introduced. All accepted digital assets and payment details will be confirmed with your personalised quote.
