How do I place an order?

Simply send us an inquiry via the button on this page or write to us at info@kronbergcollection.com. We will respond with a personalised quote within 24 hours. There is no obligation — we are happy to answer any questions first.

Will I see a preview of my configuration before ordering?

Yes. Before any order is confirmed, we provide a detailed configuration summary — and where applicable, visual representations of your chosen layout, materials and colour choices — so you can review and refine every detail before production begins.

Do you assist with the configuration process?

Absolutely. Our advisors guide you through every decision: safe size, interior layout, number of winder modules, drawer inserts, exterior finish and colour. You do not need to know exactly what you want from the start — that is what the consultation is for.

How long does production take?

Each Standard Safe is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the complexity of your configuration and current workshop capacity. We will confirm the exact timeline with your quote.

Is worldwide delivery included? What about installation?

Yes. Complimentary worldwide delivery is included with every order, carried out by a specialist freight partner. Professional on-site installation is available on request and is entirely optional — our white-glove team can position, anchor and test your safe in place. Installation can be arranged during your personal consultation.

Can I visit your Zürich Atelier?

Yes. We welcome visits to our Zürich Atelier by appointment. Please book a personal advisory session in advance so we can prepare the right configurations for your visit. Appointments are complimentary and last approximately 30–60 minutes.

What security certifications does the Standard Safe carry?

The Standard Safe holds a certified high-security rating and features fire protection tested to international standards. It is engineered with a Securam electronic locking system and drill-resistant steel construction. Full certification documentation is available upon request.

What payment methods are accepted?

Full payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept a range of convenient payment methods: invoice (Rechnung), credit card, and bank transfer. We are also pleased to accept cryptocurrency — a payment option we have recently introduced. All accepted digital assets and payment details will be confirmed with your personalised quote.
